Welcome to the Sunderland AFC Online Box Office

Welcome to the online ticket office where you can buy season cards, match tickets and matchday hospitality from the comfort of your own home or office.

It is recommended that you log in at the beginning of your session as this will ensure that you receive any relevant concessions or access to the correct products, tickets or events.

Season card holders can locate their Customer Number on the reverse of their season card. If you do not know your Customer Number then please email ticket.office@safc.com with your full name and postcode and we will confirm your details.

How do I register on the online ticket office?
If you are a new customer you will need to select ‘login/register’ and complete the member registration details, you will then receive your customer number and password shortly after. If you already have a customer number you can activate your account from the member activation section, once you have completed the requested fields you will receive your password. Once you have received your customer number and password you will be able to login, we strongly recommend that you then change your password.

When will I receive my password?

When can I begin purchasing?
You are able to begin purchasing once you have been sent confirmation of your customer number and password.

Can I change my password?
We recommend that once you have received your customer number and password you login and then select the option of changing your password. This can be done by selecting change password from the ‘my account section’.

What should I do if I have lost my password or customer number?
You will need to select ‘login/register’ and then select ‘forgotten password?’ You will then need to fill in the requested fields and you will then receive your login details shortly.

How do I get a season card?
Season cards can be bought either in person at the Stadium of Light ticket office, online or by contacting the ticket office on 0871 911 1973.

How many days in advance can I get a match ticket?
Matchday tickets will be available to purchase approximately 4 to 6 weeks days prior to each match, subject to change.

Can I book tickets in advance as a present for someone?
You will be able to purchase match day tickets 4 to 6 weeks prior to each match, subject to change.

How can I get a ticket for an away game?
Season card holders only can apply here during the priority period. If tickets remain after this process then a general sale will be announced. Non season card holders can purchase tickets during general sale by calling the Ticket Office on 0871 911 1973.

What are the Ticket Office opening hours?
The ticket office is open Monday to Friday, 10am-5.30pm and Saturdays 10am-1pm (or until kick-off on home matchdays).

How do I buy tickets for my friends and family?
If you frequently buy tickets for more than one person you can activate, create or add other accounts to your Friends and Family list, which will simplify your booking process. You’ll notice that we ask for the date of birth on each account. This allows the system to automatically match each individual to the correct concession and ensure that you never pay more than you should.

How do I buy a concession ticket?
Concession tickets must be purchased in advance and are not available on the turnstiles.
The club will continue to carry out checks on matchdays to validate the use of concession cards and proof of age must be carried at all times to avoid any issues.

Communication Preferences
From time to time we’d like to keep you updated with new offers from the club or other events at Stadium of Light. We can keep you updated by email, SMS, traditional post or occasionally by telephone. We want to ensure that you stay in control of what you receive; therefore you can update your preferences at any time in the Media Preferences section on the My Account page.
